Create home screen shortcut on Android smartphone

Reminder- there is no app for Matrix, so there is nothing to download or install on your phone/device.

You can, however, create a home screen shortcut/icon to make it easier to get to the MLS.

Note: based on your phone's age and the version of the Android operating system you are using, the screens you see might be slightly different than the images in this article.  

1) Open your browser and type www.smartmls.com into the address bar at the top.
2) Enter your Username and Password and tap the MLS Login button:

3) Tap on the 3 grey dots at the end of the address bar:

4) When the menu opens, tap Add to Home Screen:

5) Give the new icon a name and tap Add:

6) Tap Add:

7) The new icon will now appear on your home screen:
