If the desktop or laptop you use to access SmartMLS products or services is not working properly and/or is preventing you from conducting your real estate business, reach out to our Support department. We would be happy to check it out remotely to see if we can get it running better for you.
A few things to keep in mind before contacting us:
- We provide this service through a remote access program (LogMeIn Rescue).
- If your computer cannot access the internet, we will not be able to log in and try to assist you.
- We can only work on desktop or laptop computers. We do not have the capabilities to remotely access smartphones or tablets.
- You must be a member in good standing with SmartMLS. If your membership is inactive or suspended, you do not qualify for this service.
- This is not a drop-off service where you bring the computer into our office. It is strictly a remote assistance program.
- We have limited staff and resources on weekends, so please try to reach us during weekdays, preferably earlier in the day (to allow enough time to complete the work during business hours).
- This is not an on-demand service. It is contingent on SmartMLS having the time and resources. We may not be able to perform the remote assistance session immediately. A technician may have to set up an appointment at a later time/date when we are available.
