If there is a section of text you would like to grab from one place (a Word document, for instance) and use in another (the Remarks section of your listing), rather than having to manually type it out word-for-word, the copy and paste function is a life saver!
To begin, place your mouse cursor at the very beginning of the text you would like to copy:
Next, click and hold down the left button on your mouse and drag across and down the screen. As you do so, it will highlight the text that you have selected:
Once you have all of the desired text highlighted, let go of the mouse button (the text should remain highlighted). Now, right click anywhere on the highlighted text- you should get a little menu. Click Copy:
Now that you have the desired text copied, go to the spot where you would like to insert the text, right click your mouse and left click Paste:
The copied text is now in your Remarks section:
It's magic!
