Updating tax info on Under Construction/To Be Built listings

If you have a listing that is under construction/to be built and there is incorrect information on the tax record, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to fix the information until the town has updated their records.  

Note: towns will not make a change to a field card based on blueprints or plans.  They will only make a change after the assessor or someone from their office can go inspect and measure the property.  This can only occur once construction is complete and a Certificate of Occupancy (CO) has been issued.

SmartMLS cannot make changes to a tax record based on a CO.  The change must always occur at the town level first.
