If your listing is not showing on realtor.com, pull the listing up in Add/Edit and go to the listing input form (the first link on the page). Then go to the Additional Info tab and make sure there is a check in the Realtor.com check box in the Display on These Websites field:
The broker must also authorize syndication by going to Add/Edit and entering the office ID in the Add/Change Firm Listing Distribution Permissions section:
On the next screen, click the Manage Your Firm's Listing Distribution link:
There must be a check in the Realtor.com box in the Display on These Locations section:
