Realtor.com can only display one version of an Active listing on their site- so, if a property is listed multiple ways on the MLS (ex: For Sale and For Rent), Realtor.com will display the listing that was most recently updated on the MLS.
If you've listed a property multiple ways and the wrong one is showing on Realtor.com, go into the desired listing and make a small change (ex: add an extra period in the Remarks section, then immediately remove it and click Submit Listing) to force it to be pulled in Realtor.com's next update cycle.
