Much like Realtor.com, Zillow's site can only display one version of an Active listing.
If you have two for sale listings for the same property (SF for Sale and Condo for Sale, for instance), Zillow can only display one of them. Generally, they will display the listing that was most recently updated in the MLS. You must decide which listing you want on Zillow and update it in Matrix so it gets picked up in Zillow's next update cycle.
If you want to make certain the other listing will not be syndicated at all, you can also turn off the syndication options on the other listing (these instructions will walk you through the steps).
Note: removing the check in IDX sites on the other listing will prevent it from going to all IDX sites, including your own brokerage's site.
If a property is listed on the MLS as For Sale and For Rent, Zillow will only display the For Sale listing on their website. If you would like the rental listing on Zillow, there are certain procedures that must be followed. Click here for more information.
