Listing not on Zillow/Trulia

If your For Sale listing is not showing on Zillow/Trulia, please try the following:

1.  Pull the listing up in Add/Edit, go to the Additional Info tab and make sure there is a check in the IDX Sites check box in the Display on These Websites field:

2. The broker of your office also needs to authorize syndication to the IDX Sites.  He/she needs to go to Add/Edit, enter the office ID in the Manage Your Office's Internet Listing Distribution field, then click the Manage Your Office's Internet Listing Distribution link and make sure there is a check in the Zillow Group box in the Display on These Websites column.
