Manually loading listings to 3rd party sites (Zillow)

There are some instances where an agent is in an office that has chosen not to syndicate listings to Zillow Group, etc., but the agent still wants to have their listing on those sites.  

In these cases, the agent can manually upload and maintain their listing to the site through a premier agent account.

If an agent does this, they are responsible for keeping the listing updated on those sites, as it will not automatically update when it changes on the MLS because it is not within that particular feed.  

For example, when the listing is marked Closed on the MLS, the agent will need to go through their premier account and update the listing on any applicable 3rd party sites.
